If you want to experience cool and windy weather, visit Tanay, Rizal. They have a lot of newly opened Resto with scenic view, Al fresco dining. We use to visit Cafe Katerina in Tanay because of it’s ambiance, great view and bulalo. But most of the time it’s full. Now we have a lot of choices.
